Place a #4 paper filter in the Clever Dripper. Rinse with hot water and discard.

Add 20g of medium ground coffee.

Pour & Stir
Pour 300ml of water at 93C directly onto the grounds. Stir gently once.

Place the lid on and steep for 2-3 minutes.

Release
Place the Clever Dripper on your mug or server. The valve opens and coffee drains through the filter.
